I scheduled am appointment for 7:45am and dropped my car off the night before. I received a phone call around 8/8:15a the morning of the service appointment to confirm what was to be done and to ensure me the car would be done by midday, as requested. I got no call after that. Showed up at VW around 1p because that's when I was able to get a ride, and my car was not done until nearly 4p, which got me back to Wakefield just in time to pick my daughter up from school ar 4:30p. Frustrating that a 7:45a appointment time and midday completion request were not honored. Pat was very good at keeping me updated while I sat and waited, and had service not do the standard wash/vacuum since they were already late with service but provided me with a voucher for free wash/vacuum at any time in the future.
