I came in to get a new key programmed, but the service was so great I asked if I could make an appointment for them to look at my brakes, and they offered to take a look while I was there. Ended up getting my brakes fixed plus 2 new front tires for my Tiguan. I’ll be back to get the bushings replaced in January. Patrick Ullman was incredibly helpful and friendly from beginning to end. He’s the primary reason I stayed for additional service - I felt very well taken care of. I even left a five-star review on Google, which I think may have been my first Google review ever. That’s how much he impressed me. Thank you!!
