I needed two things done in my last visit: 1. Replace all four tires. 2. Fix right-rear grab handle. There were two issues that made this visit less than satisfying: 1. One of the four tires being replaced was relatively new (less than a year old) and in excellent condition, so I had specifically requested to keep it as a spare. However, that tire was taken away so I never received it. I do appreciate that Sean called to let me know and to apologize (and said he'd keep an eye out for another good-condition used tire that I can have). But I am unhappy that the original one was taken away, and it is highly uncertain that a replacement tire of similar quality and condition will materialize. 2. The right-rear grab handle repair was scheduled for this visit because the previously-missing part had to be special-ordered. But this was still not fixed (I'm not sure why) and requires me to schedule another appointment. I only heard about this from my wife who came by during business hours to pay for the service. It is frustrating that I will need to schedule a separate appointment to get this grab handle fixed -- especially given that this is a minor issue that by itself does not warrant a separate appointment.
