    The service was done on time, as promised. I really appreciated the loaner car (it was a long service). (This was for a recall we were waiting on parts since January -- not the dealership's fault!)

    This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Minuteman VW. I especially appreciate that the sales manager, Tim Pullo, took the time to explain and discuss the current overall market for electric vehicles and the impact that might have on my purchase. The sale representative, Apur Dave, was very helpful with the details of EVs vs conventional vehicles. I met with him a week after the sale for a session to flush out the operational details of the vehicle.

    1) Patrick is just so energetic and pleasant to deal with. 2) The video from the mechanic showing the parts of the car and their status was super helpful. 3) The whole process with smooth, integrating text, email, video, phone.

    First time in many years I am not giving it a 5 star rating. Reason: I was not overly impressed by the (new to me) customer service consultant working with me. He did not seem to listen to my 2 issues. one was to reset the warning light (SOS notification not available). Maybe it cannot be reset, but then he should have commented on it. Secondly, I told him that hot air is blowing out of the front left and rear seat vents when the climate control is shut off. He told me the A/C was working fine which I knew and which was not the concern.

    Patrick has always been great. This last time when I cam to pick up my ID.4 the back seat and carpet were all removed still when they gave me the vehicle. It was fixed pretty quickly, but it was. A bit shocking when I went to get into the vehicle and found it all opened up inside still.
