I purchased a warranty from the Volkswagen dealership with the understanding that it would cover all issues during the covered period. However, when I brought in a problem related to my key fob, I was informed that it wasn’t covered under the warranty. I was then quoted nearly $400 for a replacement. This was very disappointing and concerned for the actual coverage sold to me.
