Intake time took awhile,I waited about 20 minutes when I arrived for a 7:30 drop off
received a video fairly promptly with review of reported issue (very thorough and informative), I called my advisor and he stated the vehicle would be ready shortly after a wash and vacuum. I call back twice, waiting approximately an hour between calls with no return call. I had made a request that I pick up the car by mid afternoon due to prior commitments. I arrived at the dealer without the confirming call and waiting approximately 10 minutes for the service rep who needed to complete the paperwork prior to me paying for service - very disappointed in the lack of response
