From the first time stopping in to the dealership to indicate an interest in the ID.Buzz to the day we drove one home, our experience was excellent. We were well informed through each step of the process. We were always welcomed, even if we were in a hurry with kids in tow; we even got to take a family test drive on a busy day. Our sales consultant helped us understand the features of the car, and even made himself available for questions after the purchase. All of the folks we worked with were friendly and knowledgeable.
