It was the personnel - Eric, Timmy, and John - that made the difference. Period. We were seen and heard. We were with a previous dealership (and different auto manufacturer) until it was sold for thirty years or so because they put the customer first and it wasn't about pushing to make the sale. We felt the same thing here, at Minuteman. Eric was not a pushy salesman, but asked what we needed/wanted and paid attention to us. We learned Tim was the reason behind the Grateful Dead music, which added to the "homeyness," and he was kind and talkative. I also called Tim when I had questions about turning our two leased cars in to another dealership because I knew I would get the right answer. He spent time helping me understand how the process works. John was just plain nice and honest about all the paperwork I was signing. He did not try and sell me extras that I did not need. Like Eric and Tim, he was easy to work with. I feel comfortable calling anyone one of them with questions about our cars. Lastly, they gave us an incredible deal, better than anyone around - including the new dealership who was more interested in making money then keeping a customer.

The folks at the Service Dept. at Minuteman Volkswagen are so accommodating and helpful. Patrick was particularly kind and arranged rides for me to get home after dropping off my car and then a return ride to the dealership once my car was ready for pickup. They did what they could to diagnose the problems and applied a software update that will hopefully deal with all the issues.

The staff was great. Eric was easy to work with and did a great job presenting the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The entire process was simple and straightforward and I never felt pressured to do anything.
