I had an appointment last fall and while they were servicing my car they noted I needed new tires. I got a text asking yes or no did I want them replaced. There were no info on the tires nor a phone call to discuss this. I decided to wait till my next appointment to get more information. I made an appointment online and asked for a rep to call me to discuss tire options. After 4 days no one reached out so I called the dealership to get the tire information prior to my appointment. I spoke with Shawn who gave me a model tire that doesn't exist. He told me Scorpion zero tires. I later looked it up and realized they didn't exist online or on your website. I called back and spoke to someone else who told me a different price and different tire. I received a phone call in the morning from Shawn asking why I called back and got defensive. He wanted to know why I was so obsessed with these tires. I don't see why calling to get correct information would be so wrong. If I am spending a significant amount of money on an item and service I expect to get a clear explanation of exactly what I am purchasing correctly the first time.

I was very happy to learn that you did Inspections right in your own shop. With my previous service location, I had to go to a local station/garage to have this done. I was able to come in and have this done on the same day I had called to inquire about such and did not have to wait long. What tips the scales toward the 5-star rating I have given is the consistently wonderful, polite, pleasant, and positive attitudes of the staff including Patrick and Liam. I thought great customer service had become all but a distant memory from the past. It is so refreshing to walk into Minuteman and get the kind of customer service of yesteryear when people took pride in their jobs and were pleasant to do business with.

The staff was so nice and helpful. I came on the wrong day and they were still able to service my car. I also had a question about an additional service and they were able to accommodate that.
