Scheduled 2 service recalls 3-months out for my ID.4 due to appointment availability. When I arrived the service representative said they could only complete one of the recalls due to lack of door handle parts. So why did I need to wait 3-months? And why was I not told until I arrived? Now I need to come back again at a later date. Very poor execution.

I rated minuteman 5 stars because they always get everything right. From sales to the service department I know that my car and I will be taken care of each visit. Walking into minuteman does not feel intimidating as many dealerships do, always greeted with friendly faces and someone willing to help
