    This is the second car I have purchased from Minuteman Volkswagen in Bedford, MA. I bought my first new car from them about 10 years ago and I remembered the process being so smooth and easy. I returned this time and was surprised to be helped by Erik K, who sold me my Jetta back in 2016! He made the purchasing process straightforward, simple, and game-free. There were no tricks or gimmicks. He was fully transparent and honest. He knew the cars that I test drive inside and out; he thoroughly explained each one to me to help me select the best option to match my needs and wants. Even after the purchase process, Erik followed up with me to ensure I felt satisfied with the car and helped me get it registered and inspected.
