I’ve been coming to the dealership for over 3 plus years for service. Pat in service is great and I appreciate his attentiveness to my needs. Juan does a great job working on my car. So when I brought my car in for service 3 weeks ago and found out my 2014 Tiguan needed more work it was time for something new. I had the pleasure of working with Tim. Tim was kind and patient. It was nice working with him.

I think the service department at Minuteman Volkswagen is amazing. Always so polite and welcoming, and anxious to help. They never miss a detail. I love getting the videos when they are done showing what was done. I always feel comforted by the fact that they cover every Concern or question I had.
