The well-being and safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance. We are adhering to every precaution to keep our facility, our vehicles, and your vehicle clean and sanitized.
At Minuteman Volkswagen, it's our mission to keep our community safe during these uncertain times, here are the essential precautions we're taking to ensure everyone's safety.
How We Are Keeping You & Our Employees Safe
All staff members must wear face coverings even when others are not immediately present. This includes all employees, technicians and back office staff.
We ask that all guests wear a face covering prior to entering the building. We have masks on hand for anyone who may need one.
Each employee's temperature is checked upon arrival to work. Any employee whose health is in question is asked to return home. For the safety of all, we ask that you DO NOT enter the facilities if your are sick or showing any symptoms. Employees also immediately wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the building.
All areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily.
We have installed plastic shields between customers and clerks at service counters and clean them frequently.
Adjustments have been made to ensure safe social distancing. All employees must remain 6 feet apart from other staff members and customers at all times, including in break rooms.
We ask that our guests use the social distancing floor stickers inside our service and parts department that designate where customers should stand.
For Service:
While your car is in for service, please know that our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place. For added protection, we cover your steering wheel, shift knob and driver’s seat when you drive in for service. Then, we’ll carefully remove the coverings before returning your car to you.
