To all our old friends (and friends we haven't met yet): Thanks for visiting us over the Web!

We've entered our 35th year as a Volkswagen dealer, and it's one of the most exciting times with Volkswagen that we've ever seen! It's easy to see why Volkswagen has been able to chalk up 58 years of success in North America, but when you compare today's product line with that single car VW started with in 1949, it almost boggles the mind! The only thing that today's VWs have in common with the original is the very high level of build quality, and the sense that you are getting a terrific value for your money.

As for us, our intent is to continue the tradition and goals we started with in 1973, which can be briefly stated as follows:

• We will strive to treat our customers as we wish to be treated.
• We will communicate with our customers in a way that will minimize misunderstandings.
• We will be fair and honest in all our business dealings and in our personal conduct.
• We will strive to constantly improve our ability to ensure customer satisfaction is at its highest level.

Whether it's over the Web or in person, we'll keep these ideas in mind. Please let me know how well we're succeeding!
